Speak Up for Animals
Animal neglect and cruelty are everyone’s concern. Indiana law protects animals from neglect and abuse, but these cases often rely on community members willing to speak up.
If you witness suspected abuse, neglect, abandonment, or dangerous living conditions, document what you safely can and report it. Your voice could save an animal’s life.
